The estate ensures the environmental quality of its actions with 3 historical certifications, including Organic Farming and ISO 14 001, to limit and optimise our agricultural and processing environmental impact as much as possible, and to optimise and ensure that every production by-product can be recycled and put to a new use in our society’s economy.
